Today brought the end of my four day weekend. My Chemistry lab was cancelled today so I had no classes. I woke up and did laundry and studied Calculus for a few hours. That class will probably be my toughest one. Lots of work to help myself understand outside of class.
I sent two letters out and I checked my mailbox. It was exciting to find my first letter there from Meredith! I have to remember to thank her for a nice note and fridge magnet. Nice addition to the dorm room!
Practice today was average all around. It was another "pregame" practice so we did a lot of possession and shooting and such. Nothing too hard but we didn't look all that good. Following that we had a short film session of our game (and OT loss) to Dickinson. We had more chances than them but it doesn't matter unless we win. Coach really emphasized the importance of holding on to a lead late into a game.
I came back after practice and starting reading Plato's Republic. It's brutal... I hate reading philosophy and it just really bores me. I still have some more to read before class tomorrow. Three classes tomorrow followed by a game. It's gonna be a long day.
